The Role


As a Architecture Market Development Representative, you’ll be the front line of our growth efforts in our new Architecture division. This is not a cold-calling grind—it’s about building relationships, learning consultative sales, and helping companies find the right solutions. You’ll work closely with our sales leaders and gain exposure to every part of the sales cycle.


What You’ll Do


  • Connect with potential clients through outreach, networking, and appointments
  • Build relationships and provide product information in a consultative way
  • Support sales efforts by scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and assisting with project coordination
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to hit growth goals
  • Keep CRM records up to date with new leads and opportunities

Compensation & Benefits


  • $65,000 base salary + uncapped commissions & bonuses (first-year OTE: $85k+)
