Job description

Position: Market Assistant Manager in Tampa, FL & Surrounding Areas


What is an Market Assistant Manager ?: A Market Assistant Manager is a hard working, highly motivated, energetic & trustworthy Team Member! We need the right LEADER to uphold and improve our current processes and procedures to take it to the next level. They should be available to travel Monday thru Friday to any dealer within their market to either help cover an open route, complete lot audits, complete shadow days, help hire and train and spearhead new dealer startups as well as dealer ambassador visits. You will leave any situation better than you found it by upholding CarData's integrity, quality and standards. While Traveling you must work hand in hand with the local manager to ensure that all coverage tasks are completed 100% daily, including updating the market schedule and pipeline notes.


**This Position does involve Sales! Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with sales! The Pay structure is $19 Per Hour + Any Sales Bonuses**


Pay Structure:

  • Hourly - $19 Per Hour
  • Pay Dates are every 1st & 16th via Direct Deposit
  • Company Gas card will be provided after 60 Days with the company; Before that you will keep track via a spreadsheet that calculates. Ask your trainer to show you the sheet if you have further questions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications for an Market Assistant Manager :

  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to hold themselves and others accountable to high standards.
  • Must follow directions VERY well and not cut corners [See "Detail Oriented" Requirement]
  • Clean License. Only clean driving records will be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills [If it takes you longer than 30 minutes to respond to a text message, this isn't the position for you.]
  • Complete lot audits when applicable
  • Assist in updating route schedules
  • Update Pipeline with any necessary changes
  • Work hand in hand with the management when covering for an open route to ensure the best practices are taken for route efficiency, completing shadow days, hiring and training new employees.

  • Revenue Generated [Minimum Revenue Goals must be met per pay period]
  • Sales Ambassador Visits
