What are we looking for?

ExacTech Inc. in Sturgeon Bay, WI is looking to add an experienced CNC Machinist to 2nd shift team. We are seeking a skilled Horizontal Bar CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC horizontal boring mills to produce precision components according to engineered specifications.

2nd shift: Monday-Thursday: 3:30PM-2:00AM

As our CNC Machinist, you will

  • Set up and operate horizontal boring mills to machine metal
  • Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job
  • Perform tool changes and adjustments to ensure precision machining
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to optimize efficiency and productivity

We are looking for you to

  • Have a technical degree in CNC operation or relevant
  • Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Have experience reading Blueprints and drawings
  • Have experience using a tape measure and be able to convert measurements into decimals
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds
