What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for customers throughout their ownership experience
  • Help customers with maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, winterization, storage, and seasonal service
  • Write repair orders, service estimates, and schedule appointments
  • Recommend marine parts, accessories, upgrades, and maintenance solutions
  • Coordinate parts availability with technicians and vendors
  • Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates
  • Process warranty claims, special orders, and customer purchases
  • Use Lightspeed EVO and dealership software to manage customer information and service details

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for boating, fishing, watersports, or lake life
  • Previous dealership Parts or Service experience required
  • Experience in marine, powersports, automotive, RV, heavy equipment, agriculture, or related industries
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Comfortable recommending repairs, maintenance, parts, and accessories
  • Organized with strong follow-through
  • Valid driver's license

  • Additional hours during spring commissioning ("spring run-up") and fall winterization seasons
