Responsibilities

Assist customers at the counter with identifying and locating the correct parts for their specific vehicle needs.

Answer phone inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and technical specifications.

Manage incoming inventory shipments, ensuring all components are inspected and properly shelved.

Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians have the supplies they need to complete repairs on time.

Process sales transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized display area.

Keep accurate records of all orders and returns to ensure our tracking remains precise.


Requirements

Professional experience in an automotive parts environment or similar technical retail setting.

Solid understanding of automotive systems and component identification.

Ability to operate a computer-based parts catalog system with accuracy.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with dealership management software is helpful but not mandatory.
