Engineering Manager-Military Marine

Woodward’s Industrial Product Segment is seeking and Engineering Manager – Military Marine. This individual leads the development, delivery, and lifecycle support of mission-critical Gas Turbine control and power management systems for naval platforms. This role is responsible for managing a cross-functional engineering team and ensuring successful execution of highly complex programs aligned with maritime and military standards.

Operating within a growing Military Marine organization, this leader will drive technical excellence, process adherence, team capability, and program execution while partnering closely with Product Management, Operations, and customers to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

Estimated annual base pay: $113,000-$155,000
