The work environment is typically dynamic, requiring adaptability and a keen eye for detail.

What is a marine lab?

A marine lab, or marine laboratory, is a research facility dedicated to studying ocean environments, marine life, and related ecological processes. Scientists at marine labs conduct experiments, monitor ecosystems, and analyze samples to better understand the biology, chemistry, and physics of the sea. These labs support important research in areas such as marine conservation, climate change, and fisheries management. Marine laboratories often collaborate with universities, government agencies, and conservation organizations to advance marine science.
