Position Overview:

As part of Navico Group's Power Product team, you'll work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Application Engineers, Technical Support teams, OEM customers, and channel partners to help bring innovative marine technologies to market.

As our Product Expert, Integrated Solutions, you will be the technical bridge between Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support, Sales, and customers. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our digital switching, connectivity, and integrated systems solutions are understood, adopted, and successfully deployed across the globe.

Working across industry-leading brands including CZone, BEP, Mastervolt, Blue Sea Systems, Marinco, and ProMariner, you will transform complex technical concepts into practical documentation, training, and customer guidance that enable both internal teams and customers to succeed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, sharing knowledge, working closely with customers, and influencing product improvements through real-world feedback and insights

Essential Functions:

  • Act as the technical expert for CZone Digital Switching and the wider Integrated Solutions portfolio, supporting internal teams, OEMs, installers, and customers
  • Develop and deliver technical training, product documentation, installation guides, troubleshooting resources, and release information.
  • Support the successful launch, integration, and adoption of new products, features, and software updates across global markets.
  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Application Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales teams to resolve customer and product issues.
  • Capture customer and field feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and support product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure technical information, specifications, and customer-facing content remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with product and business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in technical support, application engineering, technical training, field service, product support, or a similar technical role.
  • Experience working with both hardware and software products.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, installation guides, training materials, or knowledge-base content.
  • Experience supporting product launches, product updates, and customer-facing technical communications.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, Sales, and customers.
  • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, electronic, networking, or control systems.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and communicate effective solutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Confident presenting, training, and facilitating discussions with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Passion for technology and helping customers succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Marine Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Understanding of marine electrical systems, digital switching, networking, control systems, or connected technologies is highly desirable.

Working Conditions:

  • Travel 40% of the time

The hiring range for this position is$62,800 - $90,500annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
