Job description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Laboratory Manager to join our team working in Crane, IN. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Perform program management and/or technical business case analyses.
* Participate as a member of and/or support the assessment team during test events.
* Track program/project status and schedules, related to test events.
* Development of project level laboratory processes, standards, and procedures.
* Perform upkeep and maintenance of RF laboratory equipment to support scheduled/unscheduled system test requirements and verification/validation
* Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project level laboratory technical requirements and performance.
* Travel up to 25% for testing events Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or a High School Diploma and 6+ additional years of work experience, or an Associate's degree (with the same or similar curriculum focus) and 4+ additional years of work experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelors degree.
* 3+ years of experience related to Laboratory Technical Management Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM)
