CNA Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
  • Support resident comfort, dignity, and independence
  • Assist with transferring and repositioning residents safely
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide excellent resident care
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
  • Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
  • Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
