Job description

Description
About the Role
Are you the kind of writer who can make technical topics feel human, clear, and impossible to ignore? Ceragon is looking for a Content & Marcom Specialist who combines exceptional writing ability with strong marketing judgment, project coordination skills, and a natural sense for audience engagement.
In this role, you'll create compelling B2B marketing content that informs, persuades, and converts across digital channels. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to shape narratives, support campaigns, and communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging way.
We're looking for someone who embraces AI as a productivity tool; not a substitute for original thinking, creativity, or craft. The ideal candidate is a strong writer first: someone who can think strategically, manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate across teams, and consistently deliver polished, audience-focused content.
This is an individual contributor role ideal for a creative, organized, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
What You Will Do
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality content copy for various marketing platforms including webpages, digital ads, landing pages, case studies, video scripts, eBooks, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
  • Create storytelling-driven content that aligns with the brand's voice and tone while building meaningful connections with target audiences.
  • Collaborate effectively across marketing, product, sales, and regional teams to support content strategy, campaign execution, and broader business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Ceragon's product and vertical marketing teams to help shape messaging, content strategy, and campaign narratives that align with market priorities, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Tailor content for specific audiences at various stages of the customer journey and sales funnel.
  • Write sharp, conversion-focused digital copy that drives engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. Experience with ad micro-copy preferred.
  • Create content optimized for both traditional SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) / AI discoverability best practices.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer challenges, and best practices to keep content compelling, relevant, and differentiated.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and evolving AI tools to integrate innovative and effective approaches into content strategies and workflows.
  • Manage multiple content and marcom projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate and co-manage projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and workflows remain on track.
  • Work closely with the Ceragon creative studio to ensure that content translates into innovative, persuasive, and visually compelling final deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with designers and creative teams to develop content experiences that effectively combine messaging, visuals, and user engagement goals.
  • Edit and proofread all content to ensure it is accurate, polished, error-free, and aligned with quality standards.

Requirements
  • Native-level English writing and communication skills.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience creating compelling B2B marketing content, preferably in telecommunications, networking/connectivity, wireless, enterprise technology, or related industries.
  • Strong storytelling ability and the judgment to simplify complex information without losing substance or credibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to write persuasive, conversion-oriented marketing copy across multiple digital channels.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support research, ideation, and workflow efficiency while maintaining originality, strategic thinking, and high-quality human writing.
  • Confident writing original content from scratch and refining AI-assisted drafts into engaging, audience-focused final deliverables.
  • Experience optimizing content for both traditional SEO and AI-driven LLM search/discovery environments (GEO).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage and co-manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across a wide range of teams and geographies.
  • Experience working within content management and project management platforms (ClickUp experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable collaborating across global teams and time zones, including early-morning meetings with colleagues in Israel and Romania.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Technical Writing/Communications, or a related discipline preferred.

What's in It for You?
  • Join a forward-thinking company with a passion for fresh storytelling and innovation.
  • Work with a collaborative global team that values creativity, initiative, and fresh ideas.
  • Help shape the voice and storytelling of a growing international technology brand.
  • Gain exposure to a wide variety of campaigns, content formats, and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute meaningfully as a trusted individual contributor to a dynamic and fast-moving marketing team.
