  • Collect attendee feedback, leads, and performance data to assess the effectiveness and ROI of event participation.
  • Gather detailed post-event BD reports, providing insights on successes and recommended improvements for future events.
  • Provide leadership and on-site management during setup, event days, and teardown to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Train and prepare on-site staff to ensure they effectively represent the company and communicate our core messaging.

Willing and able to work and/or attend virtual meetings occasionally outside of local standard business hours, depending on work location.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%-30% of the year depending on need, some weekends, and internationally at times.
  • Move up to 30 lbs. if needed, such as when boxes of collateral and/or supplies need to ship to/from show site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior event management experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
