Job description

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Responsible for data reporting and analysis, sales leads, campaign planning and supporting the Demonstration Bus Program, and for assisting with writing and editing MarCom content. The person in this role will have a dotted line reporting to the MarCom Manager for copywriting support. What you will do
  • Assist with Demonstration Bus Program, to include compiling driver logs and fuel purchases; submitting quarterly taxes, creating/updating survey forms and ensure all leads are submitted in proper format
  • Assist with copywriting for newsletters, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media
  • Maintain lists and forms for Bus program as sales representatives change
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and marketing reports on regular and ad-hoc basis and distribute as necessary
  • Act as lead entry champion: work closely with global entry team and provide training as necessary, back up for lead entry, update/write job aids, track the team's KPIs
  • Format leads from external sources (trade shows, emails, advertising, etc) and ensure all are entered.
  • Pull contact lists for all campaigns
  • Submit local email campaigns monthly
  • Monitor marketing email in-boxes
  • Back up support for Events specialist to fulfill literature and promotional requests
  • Process marketing expense report monthly
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum Education / Experience Required:
  • BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar preferred
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Flexible and comfortable with change
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience with SAP and BI Reports
