  2. Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand objectives, capture functional and non-functional requirements, and translate them into detailed data specifications.
  3. Data Analysis Expertise:
  4. Strong analytical mindset with experience exploring datasets, identifying trends, validating data accuracy, detecting anomalies.
  5. Data Mapping & Documentation:
  6. Experience creating source to target data mappings, identifying transformation logic, documenting business rules, and ensuring accurate flow of data across systems.
