POSITION SUMMARY                                                                                                                                                              

This position bridges the gap between business strategies and advanced machine learning.   They evaluate and integrate AI solutions (like LLMs and predictive models) to automate workflows, analyze datasets, and drive decision-making.  Responsibilities include data preparation, AI output validation, model monitoring, and translating complex technical into actionable business goals.

KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS                                                                                                                           

  • Reports to Chief Technology Officer.
  • Works closely with CTO, IT team, departments, and employees.

DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES                                                                                                                                             

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • AI Integration: Identify opportunities for AI and automation within the business, mapping workflows, and building full-stack AI-assisted tools.
  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and advanced analytics.
  • Model Building & Evaluation: Develop, test, and maintain machine learning models. Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare dashboards and executive reports to translate AI findings into actionable business strategies.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure AI solutions follow data privacy rules and are continuously monitored for accuracy and bias mitigation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES                                                                                                                                                               

To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Technical Skills. Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with frameworks or AI libraries.
  • Analytical Thinking.  Strong background in statistical methods, experimental design, and machine learning concepts.
  • Project Management.  Experience using project management and agile development tools or processes.
  • Communication.  Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
