Job description

The hours for this job are Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM for a total of 27 to 28 hours per week. This position is great for college students because they have time between customers to work on class assignments, reading, etc.


Job Responsibilities:

. Collect payment on Parts and Service invoices

. Receipt cash/check payments

. Process credit card payments/refunds

. Enter payment information to close invoices

. Run and reconcile reports for daily deposits

. Answer incoming calls from switchboard

. Always be courteous and helpful to customers and fellow employees

. Other office duties as needed or requested


Job Requirements:

. High school diploma

. Excellent communication skills

. Strong knowledge of math/accounting preferred

. Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations

. 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
