THE WORK
The selected candidate will be a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of Non-Exempt (20+) employees within the conformal coating area. Position responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the team, managing personnel, staffing, schedule compliance, and continuous improvement activities. The Candidate will also lead/facilitate a Performance Management team (PMT).
