Coordinator, Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MS&T)About Site

Catalent's Kansas City facility is home to our Oral & Specialty Drug Delivery, Biologics Analytical Services and Clinical Supply Services businesses.

Position Summary

We have an opportunity for a Coordinator, Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MS&T) to join our team. In this role, you will support the MS&T team in managing and delivering assigned projects and ensuring effective technology transfer into packaging. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain processes and documentation in compliance with cGMP standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Shift: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
Location: Kansas City, MO
100% Onsite

The Role
  • Coordinate projects under MS&T direction, ensuring technical requirements documentation is generated, monitored, and completed successfully.
  • Attend internal client meetings, produce minutes and actions, and support MS&T team in understanding full scope requirements.
  • Provide project-specific information to MS&T and deputize tasks in their absence.
  • Assist with departmental training and maintain training documentation.
  • Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Support complaint and deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Stay informed about developments in the healthcare packaging industry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including roles within the CSE team if trained.
The CandidateMinimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) equipment, manufacturing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical, OR 2+ years in customer service or a related business area.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with a commitment to high-level customer service when managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, ensuring commitments are met accurately and on time.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and experience communicating with external clients.
  • Physical requirements include occasional standing, walking, and sitting; rare lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 35 lbs; and occasional exposure to low to moderate noise, temperature changes, and cold environments (refrigerator and freezer conditions).
