Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize dealership performance.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales department to ensure efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to ensure vehicle availability.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and state regulations.
