As the NPI Program Manager, you'll coordinate New Product Introduction programs for specialized aerospace fastening and assembly solutions.
You'll work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales while also interacting directly with customers and suppliers. From initial planning through production launch, you'll help keep programs moving, solve problems as they arise, and ensure new products meet demanding aerospace quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and coordinate aerospace New Product Introduction programs from inception through completion.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales throughout the NPI process.
  • Track program progress and ensure milestones are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify program risks, roadblocks, and potential delays and develop solutions to keep projects moving.
  • Ensure new products meet customer requirements and aerospace quality standards.
  • Support quality planning and compliance with aerospace standards including AS9100 and NADCAP.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers and suppliers.
  • Provide program updates and communicate schedules, risks, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Analyze program performance and identify opportunities to improve NPI processes.
  • Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across future product launches.
  • Step into changing priorities and unexpected challenges to help teams successfully deliver programs.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience within aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or New Product Introduction environments.
  • Understanding of project or program management principles.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and commercial teams.
  • Ability to identify risks, analyze complex issues, and develop practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Ability to move between long-term planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Experience
  • Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
  • Aerospace fasteners, aircraft hardware, or aerospace assembly experience.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
  • Experience supporting aerospace OEM or Tier 1 customers.
  • MS Project, Aras, or similar project/program management tools.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes, product launches, and production readiness.
  • Experience coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • PMP certification.
