We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a great vibe and is a results-driven Quality Manager with a proven track record in industrial manufacturing/machining to lead quality excellence across our client's growth-oriented company. This is a strong opportunity to share your experience and shape quality strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction across our client's high-growth markets. The Quality Manager will partner closely with our client's customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver outstanding quality performance while supporting innovation and new product development. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), leading root cause and corrective action efforts, reducing the cost of poor quality, driving strong supplier quality performance, and ensuring consistent compliance with applicable industry, customer, and regulatory requirements.•Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field•7+ years of quality management experience in industrial manufacturing•Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems•Experience with process industries preferred•Proficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA•Experience managing customer and supplier quality issues•Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills•Working knowledge of applicable industry and regulatory standards (e.g., ASME, ISO)•Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to working cross-functionally We'll share detailed responsibilities, leadership expectations, and success metrics with candidates selected for an initial phone conversation #J-18808-Ljbffr
