About the Role:

The QC/QA Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that all manufacturing processes and products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing the quality control and quality assurance teams to maintain consistent product quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The supervisor will develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. They will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain departments to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly. Ultimately, the QC/QA Supervisor ensures that the manufacturing output not only meets customer expectations but also supports the companyโ€™s commitment to excellence and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
