The Manufacturing Project Coordinator position is responsible for bidding and managing metal manufacturing and/or powder coating projects to ensure customer care and promote the Keystone Koating brand. The Project Manager is expected to be thorough and reliable throughout the manufacturing process while supporting and building Paul B. Zimmerman Inc.'s values and mission.

  • Provide clear, professional communication to customers and internal parties
  • Assist in the definition of project scope, goals, and deadlines to create competitive quotes
  • Make effective decisions and include appropriate value-engineering
  • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities
  • Understand the Company's capabilities and capacity and limitations
  • Being responsible for the coordination of all information pertaining to and status of the project
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project for all parties involved as needed in order to meet timeline commitments 
  • Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
