PTI is seeking a competent and experienced Senior Project Manager, preferably with experience in Manufacturing, to join our Operations Team. This role is responsible for delivering machine orders 100% accurate, 100% complete, 100% perfect and 100% on time. The successful candidate will work with internal project management to achieve an exceptional client experience from the initial sale to final mile execution, ensuring satisfaction of all client-related deliverables. The role will work daily with most functions in the company including Sales, Assembly, Operations, and Engineering. A standard machine build time is 6–10 weeks; custom builds can be longer and often require a creative and resourceful approach to drive them successfully to completion.

Success in this role may benefit from working in the manufacturing industry, but at the foundation requires a leader who is strategic, customer focused, business‑minded, quality‑oriented, and process and timeline focused. Leaders who can develop, implement, and effectively manage processes to deliver on PTI’s promise of an exceptional client experience will be successful here.

  • Expand upon the Project Management Vision at PTI and lead the Project Management team.
  • Lead and foster alignment amongst Project Management, Sales, Production and Service.
  • Ownership of all PTI revenue streams reporting weekly to senior leadership.
  • Support the team in attaining needed resources and adjustments needed to meet client expectations.
  • Lead the review of processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management/Manufacturing.

  • Six‑Sigma and PMP training a valuable asset.
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical field.

  • Highly detail‑ and schedule‑oriented.
