Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle execution of Haosen’s projects in North America, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. This role serves as the core executor of the operational strategy, managing day-to-day project activities, resource coordination, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication between local teams and headquarters, strictly adhere to the established operational logic, and contribute to building a scalable project delivery capability in North America.


Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Delivery

  • Execute project plans in alignment with the company's operating logic (Deliver Projects Correctly → Convert Delivery into Cash → Protect & Expand Margin).
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to commissioning, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, providing proactive solutions to potential delays.

2. Financial & Cost Control

  • Track project expenditures and manage change orders to ensure project profitability and margin protection.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize procurement costs and ensure material delivery timelines.
  • Support the conversion of project delivery into cash flow by coordinating milestone verification and invoicing.

3. Risk & Safety Management

  • Implement the safety management system and OSHA documentation requirements on project sites.
  • Conduct regular site safety audits and ensure zero recordable safety incidents.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks related to scope, schedule, and resources.

4. Process Discipline & Improvement

  • Adhere to the standardized project execution processes and templates established by the Operations Director.
  • Ensure 24-hour professional response to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and local capability building.


Qualifications

1. Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.

2. Experience

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the manufacturing, automation, or energy storage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects within budget and schedule.

3. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and ERP systems.

4. Language

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is a strong plus.

5. Travel

  • Ability to accommodate frequent domestic travel across the U.S., with trips lasting 4–6 weeks, as well as occasional international travel to China.
