Production Supervisor – Corrugated Packaging (2nd Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in corrugated packaging manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader looking for long-term career growth and upward mobility into a Plant Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead production personnel in a fast-paced corrugated manufacturing environment
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement goals are achieved
• Monitor production schedules, staffing, waste reduction, and operational performance
• Train, coach, and develop employees while maintaining a positive team environment
• Oversee preventive maintenance completion and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams
• Approve employee time records and assist with performance evaluations
• Utilize production software, inventory systems, and job costing tools as needed
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
• REQUIRED: Corrugated packaging manufacturing experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with supervisory background
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Experience with flexo printing and die-cut converting is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Candidate must demonstrate leadership potential and upward mobility toward a future Plant Manager role
• Must be open to working overtime and Saturdays as needed
