Overview
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
Your Impact:
โ€ข Manage, track, and communicate updates with internal and external teams.
โ€ข Understand key agency, client, supplier, and retailer functions, roles, processes, systems, and timing.
โ€ข Collaborate with Creative to bring concepts to life, ensure feasibility, recommend options, and drive innovative solutions.
โ€ข Own production management of physical shopper marketing tactics and experiences from ideation through execution and compliance.
โ€ข Support contract manufacturers as they develop and test the structures, all with the goal of helping them finalize dielines that we can build art into. We do not own budgets or cut and manage POs.
Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
โ€ข 3-5 years of experience
โ€ข Responsible to travel as needed. EX: QA trips for manufacturing review.

Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $82,650.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
