Job description

Location: Tustin, CA
Shift: 1st shift. Must be flexible to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure proper function and output.
  • Set up equipment, load materials, and perform basic adjustments as needed.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards.
  • Complete packaging, labeling, and sealing tasks according to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with cleanroom requirements.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with general labor duties such as lifting, stacking, sorting, and material handling.
  • Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors promptly.


Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be eligible for and complete E-Verify
  • MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or machine operation preferred (not required).
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25–50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must follow cleanroom and GMP procedures.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shift.
