FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. 2nd Shift

Shift: Monday through Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Shift Premium: $2.00/hr.

Packaging team member, you will be integral to the manufacturing process by utilizing core skills in packaging and manufacturing. Packaging is responsible for preparing and packing orders for shipment. The Warehouse Packer selects products from the inventory, checks them for any damage, and then packs them into boxes or containers. They are also responsible for labeling packages with shipping information and ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.

Position Responsibilities

  • Package items for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements
  • Inspect products for defects and damages before packaging
  • Ensure accurate labeling and documentation on all packages
  • Operate warehouse equipment, to move products and materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with inventory management by counting and reporting stock levels
  • Communicate with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Able to multitask and prioritize
  • Able to use a weight scale
  • Detail oriented regarding to part numbers and counting elements in a moving environment.
  • Able to work alone or with others to complete tasks.
  • Able to read/write English.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience:

No experience required, but 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Manufacturing Environment

Lift up to 55 lbs. regularly

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
