We support our partners through reliable services, including blending, encapsulating, labeling, bottling, and packaging. Our goal is to meet the highest standards for both our clients and regulatory requirements while always looking for ways to improve how we operate.

We work hard to create a stable workplace where our team members are treated with fairness and respect. The success of our company depends on the people who show up every day with dedication to doing quality work. By supporting our team and maintaining high standards in everything we produce, we help our partners bring products to market that they can stand behind.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, experienced Sanitation Supervisor to lead our critical sanitation section at our manufacturing facility in Hildale, Utah. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and cGMP compliance across all operations, including CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-Out-of-Place) processes for complex machinery. If you have a proven background in a food, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical environment and are passionate about quality assurance, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

The sanitation manager will oversee all cleaning, sanitizing, and documentation procedures to maintain compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 and 117, and company SOPs.

  • Compliance & Quality Oversight:

    • Directly manage and audit all sanitation activities, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP guidelines, safety standards (OSHA), and allergen control protocols.

    • Oversee the execution and detailed documentation of the effectiveness and turnaround time for both CIP (Blend/Encap) and COP (Disassembly/Reassembly) units.

    • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of cleaning agents, chemicals, and finished products to prevent adulteration.

    • Collaborate closely with quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs teams.

  • Equipment & Process Management:

    • Lead the team in the correct disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly of specialized manufacturing equipment, including blenders, encapsulation machines (e.g., Capsylon 3005), and packaging line machinery (e.g., unscrambler, slat counter, capper).

    • Serve as the technical expert for all machine parts and components, providing troubleshooting and training for assembly and performance issues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required

  • Compliance Experience: Two years of experience in manufacturing operations within a food, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or other FDA-regulated industry

  • Sanitation Experience: At least one year of direct experience in a leadership or senior role within a sanitation section

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and 117 and current cGMP regulations is mandatory

  • Leadership: Proven leadership or management experience preferred—must be a strong motivator and able to confidently delegate duties

  • Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills— organized and reliable

  • Communication: A clear communicator—both written and verbal

  • Physical: Able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for 8-hour shifts—comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with fruit and vegetable powders

  • Systems: Proficient with computers, including Google Workspace applications

Why you’ll love working with us:

  • 401(k) with a 6% employer match

  • 9 paid holidays with additional accrued paid time off

  • Maternity and paternity leave

  • Dental and vision insurance

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

  • Health Share Program

  • Minimum Essential Coverage

  • Complimentary monthly supply of Balance of Nature supplements

  • Access to a gym and personal trainers in St. George, Utah

Pay: Hourly, $24.50 to $35 an hour, depending on experience
