Job Overview
We are hiring a Manufacturing Analyst 2 for an exciting opportunity with one of our top client in Bethpage, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing operations, vendor coordination, warehouse support, and production processes.
The ideal candidate will support production and business operations in a team-based manufacturing environment while working across multiple functional areas including production planning, material management, process improvement, and vendor coordination.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support production, business, and operational processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Coordinate with outside processing vendors and ensure proper execution of processing instructions
  • Assist with vendor communication and coordination to support production flow
  • Support warehouse management and related manufacturing activities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participate in process improvement and manufacturing support activities
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders regarding product planning and operational support
  • Help maintain workflow efficiency in a fast-paced production setting
 
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing operations
  • Experience with vendor coordination
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Experience supporting production or warehouse-related operations
 
Preferred Qualifications
