I'm conducting a confidential search for a global manufacturer seeking an Operations Manager to lead a world-class manufacturing operation.


Seeking candidates with:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

✔ Lean Manufacturing / TPM experience

✔ Leadership in food manufacturing, packaging, printing/converting, paper, thermoforming, or automotive manufacturing

✔ Proven success leading manufacturing operations and developing high-performing teams

Additional Requirement:
