We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Operations Manager (English/Spanish) to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in production scheduling, employee management, hiring, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities


* Manage daily manufacturing operations and production schedules.

* Lead, coach, and supervise production employees.

* Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members.

* Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees.

* Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.

* Improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow.

* Work closely with purchasing, inventory, and shipping departments.


Qualifications


* 3+ years of manufacturing management or operations experience.

* Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

* Strong leadership and people-management skills.
