One World Technologies, Inc dba TTI Power Equipment, has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for an Import Material Planner that to assist in finished goods planning from an international facility, analysis of business processes, and inventory management. Primary Responsibilities

  • Plans, schedules, and coordinates production resources for a range of products with low to moderate complexity and/or number to meet the Master Production Schedule and/or customer orders.
  • Resolves manufacturing resource and material availability issues affecting schedule.
  • Review ERP signal Plan Orders and priorities for the creation of Work Orders and allocate associated materials.
  • Prepare weekly schedules align with MPS plan, this could include to start Manufacturing and to complete Manufacturing.
  • Communicate production priorities and follow up as needed.
  • Support production team to meet Schedule Attainment Target
  • Ensure Planning Parameters are reviewed every quarter (ex. Safety Stock, Lot size, MOQ)
  • Understand and meet Planning main KPI such as Attainment to Schedule (AtS), Schedule Attainment (SA) and Master Plan Attainment (MPS) and Work Order Aging

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management and our Chinese counterparts
  • Team player, willing to help out co-workers and contribute to team projects.
  • Must be willing to learn, self-motivated, and have a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
  • Must be able to prioritize workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 2-year of Work experience working with MPS/MRP in a manufacturing environment.
  • Supply Chain Certification (APICS) desirable
  • Computer literate: Excel is a must, Word and Power Point.
  • Ability to read and comprehend procedures and process instructions on drawings.
  • ERP System, SAP, Windchill Doc experience desired.
