Job Title: Lean Manufacturing Engineer
Salary: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 + Bonus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lean Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong background in Six Sigma methodologies, lean manufacturing principles, waste reduction strategies, and process optimization techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Utilize Six Sigma tools and methodologies, such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), to identify root causes of issues and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, value stream mapping, and standard work, to streamline processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, establish goals, and develop action plans to achieve measurable results.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and production metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and track the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams to drive change.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
