Job description

This is a contract to hire, onsite position in Mesa, AZ offering a long-term career path, hands-on training, and advancement opportunities within a highly respected aerospace manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential opportunities for off-shifts.

Job Title: Machine Operator

We're looking for candidates with experience operating, setting up, or troubleshooting equipment such as:

  • Tsugami
  • Citizen Swiss
  • Nomura Noki
  • Swiss CNC Machines
  • CNC Lathes
  • Other precision machining equipment

Contract-to-Hire CNC Swiss Machinist opportunity with a growing aerospace manufacturer in Mesa, AZ.

Level 2: 3–5 years of CNC machining experience, complete machine setups, GD&T, blueprint reading, and Swiss CNC experience preferred.

Level 3: Advanced CNC Swiss setup/programming, troubleshooting, process improvements, and mentoring experience.

  • Basic understanding of GD&T

  • Manufacturing experience (aerospace experience is a plus)
