Location: Phoenix, AZ
Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Machine Operator to join one of our clints production team. In this role, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in the wood grain sublimation process for aluminum products. You will be responsible for maintaining production quality, meeting daily production goals, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare aluminum products for the wood grain sublimation process by cleaning, wrapping, and inspecting materials.
  • Load and unload materials onto conveyors, production equipment, and oven trolleys.
  • Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions or quality concerns.
  • Perform visual inspections throughout the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Remove finished products from processing equipment and prepare them for packaging.
  • Maintain accurate production flow while meeting productivity goals.
  • Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized using 5S and good housekeeping practices.
  • Assist with general production duties and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
