Position Summary

The Digital Sales Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs. This role offers hands-on experience in an industrial safety manufacturing environment, exposure to real-world challenges, and the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by function but may include:

  • Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity
  • Evaluate current targeting strategies, gaps, and opportunities
  • Analyze existing customer segments
  • Define a digital sales process that enables broader customer coverage
  • Research and evaluate tools and data sources
  • Support the development of digital demand content
  • Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events
  • Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus
