Job description

As Manufacturing Engineer - Production Support you will be responsible for;

  • Support production cells and help optimize manufacturing and repair processes
  • Analyze production data and drive improvements in safety, quality, and delivery
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and technical documentation
  • Lead or support RCCA, process improvements, and industrialization efforts
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and improve flow
  • Support new product introduction and capital expenditure projects

Qualifications;

  • 1-3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace or regulated industry preferred)
  • Exposure to production environments and process improvement
  • Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Plus if fluent in Spanish
  • Plus if background in chemical processes and/or non-destructive testing (NDT)

Salary Range: $70K - $90Kย
