Understand and use the Mack Molding Quality Management System. . Develop and document cost / quality effective processes for new and existing products. . Design and develop fail-safe fixtures and tooling for Manufacturing. . Train Manufacturing personnel in the operation of equipment, fixtures and tooling. . Follow safety rules and regulations. . Any other duties as assigned by Department Manager.
