Job Title:         Manufacturing Engineer I

Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Location:         Horicon, WI 53032


Duration:         24 Months (Possibility of Extension & Conversion)
Shift:                1st Shift – 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Description:

Job Summary

Support manufacturing engineering projects and assembly processes by improving production methods, troubleshooting issues, supporting production employees, and implementing engineering solutions. This is a hands-on role with approximately 50% of the time spent on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute manufacturing engineering projects.
  • Analyze and improve assembly processes, equipment, tooling, and workflows.
  • Support feasibility testing and validation of engineering solutions.
  • Develop and implement engineering standards and specifications.
  • Inspect processes and equipment to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Identify process issues and implement improvements.
  • Support product development and engineering activities.
  • Provide direct line support to production employees.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly problems.
