Inventory Controller II

Automation Personnel, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Inventory Controller II to join our customer’s growing team in Baytown, TX! If you're passionate about packaging supply, storage and distribution functions in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!
 
Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour depending on experience
 
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. 
 
Inventory Controller II Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the correct management of stocks, physically in the warehouse and in the software. 
  • Perform cycle counts on a monthly basis and be able to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Experience in organizing a warehouse and keeping track of stock. 
  • Quality control: Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return, and defective items
  • Warehouse audits: Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly.
  • Loss prevention: Implement a loss prevention program
 
Inventory Controller II Qualifications and Requirements 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experienced with Cycle Counting
  • Must be able to lift 55 lbs. (lifting assessment administered in office)
