We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key player in our production cycle, you will act as a Warehouse Associate and Material Handler, ensuring that the flow of goods is seamless and accurate. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the Manufacturing process. Responsibilities Include
  • Inventory Control: Utilize the ERP system to log incoming materials, track internal movements, and update stock levels in real-time.
  • Material Movement: Serve as the primary Warehouse Associate and Material Handler by supplying production stations with the necessary raw materials to keep machines running.
  • System Accuracy: Perform daily data entry into the ERP to ensure the warehouse reflects actual physical counts, minimizing discrepancies.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Unload freight, verify packing slips against the ERP database, and prepare finished goods for outbound shipment.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized Manufacturing floor and storage area to ensure safety and 5S compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record as a Warehouse Associate and Material Handler in a high-volume setting.
    • Previous experience working within a Manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong familiarity with ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) for inventory management.
    • Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment safely.
    • Skilled in using RF scanners and digital inventory tools.
  • Detailed Capabilities:
    • High level of accuracy in cycle counting and part number identification.
    • Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and shipping manifests.
    • Basic math skills for weight and quantity verification.
