Job description

 THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Coating Associate to prepare end mills for the coating process, load and unload end mills into coating vessel, and operate all machines and equipment located within the Coating Department. We are currently looking to fill a 1st shift opening. Our facility is located in Gorham ME, less than a twenty-minute drive to Portland ME. The Gorham area offers easy access to great outdoor activities, safe communities, and quality schooling both K through 12 and Colleges.

 IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
  • Setup and operate the coating machine.
  • Prepare tooling for loads and unloads into the washing system and Post Polish machines.
  • Unpack and Repack tool for both internal inventory and outside shipments.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
  • Pack up tooling for shipment or inventory.
  • Maintain production and quality levels.
  • Assist in other departments as necessary, including training.

This position is a great launching point for a career path within the organization, and no prior coating experience is required.
