This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-visibility role where you won’t just manage a team—you’ll help shape how the shift operates as it expands. The company produces motor protection components used in equipment worldwide, and demand is driving continued growth.

If you’re a hands-on leader who likes improving processes, developing people, and building a strong team, this role offers real ownership.

What Makes This Role Different

  • Help build, train, and develop a growing production team

  • Adjust workflows as volume increases

  • Partner with leadership to support shift expansion and hiring

  • Maintain a strong presence on the production floor

What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

  • You’ll spend most of your time on the floor supporting your team

  • You’ll be directly involved in training, coaching, and setting expectations

  • You’ll help create structure

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role

  • Someone comfortable in a build/growth environment (not just maintaining the status quo)

  • Strong communication and team development skills

  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Why This Role Stands Out

  • 4-day work week (off Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

  • Stable company with increasing demand and long-term opportunity

  • A role where your impact will be visible and measurable
