Looking for a full-time manufacturing job in Waukesha, WI? We are hiring a Fabrication Associate with 3–6 months of manufacturing or fabrication experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity where you can build your fabrication and furniture building skills while learning new equipment.

Our client is a leading outdoor furniture manufacturer in Waukesha, WI. As a Fabrication Associate, you will use machinery and hand tools to help manufacture high-quality outdoor furniture in a safe, collaborative, and fast-paced production environment.

Fabrication Associate Duties:
  • Set up and operate woodworking machinery and hand tools using blueprints and drawings
  • Trim, drill, and finish outdoor furniture components according to specifications
  • Read blueprints and measurements to produce quality components

  • Follow safety procedures and work with the production team to meet quality and production goals
