Available Shifts

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality printed circuit boards by:

  • Operating UV light imaging equipment, laser direct imaging systems, developing machines, and baking ovens
  • Setting up, inspecting, and registering photo tools for accurate production
  • Following work instructions and manufacturing specifications to expose, develop, and prepare materials for the etching process
  • Reading and applying customer-specific and production instructions
  • Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Reporting defective materials, equipment malfunctions, or production issues to department leadership
  • Performing routine machine maintenance and following all safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
