Job description

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Punctual, it is required that you be ready for your shift at starting time each workday
  • Computer literacy and competence in MS office and POS systems at a minimum
  • Willing and able to take direction from supervisors without question
  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Label packages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete packaging and administrative duties with accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Cleaning of lab equipment and surfaces
  • Grinding cannabis into forms for preparation of processing
  • Time management; employees must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products
  • Ensuring the required materials are available for production, and that the environment is safe for all workers
  • Inspecting machinery and reporting any faults to management and workers
  • Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible
  • Analyzing performance and products, then making suitable recommendations
  • Packing columns
