Job description

Summary:

The role of the manufacturing associate is to support rework and related manufacturing processes utilizing a variety of production equipment. Individuals in the role of manufacturing associate are responsible ensuring good quality parts meeting company standards and customer specifications with high efficiency. This is a fast-paced role and duties may include (but are not limited to):

  • Utilizing drawings or blueprints to produce parts by machine or hand assemblies
  • Performing parts inspections in different stages of production
  • Utilizing precision measurement tools and equipment to verify work order specifications
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, notifying appropriate leaders of potential and reoccurring issues
  • Sort, deburr, and clean parts

Compensation:

  • $20-$24

Qualifications:

  • 0.5 years of manufacturing experience
  • Proficient at utilizing precision measurement tools including mics, calipers, and gauges
  • Experience working with fastener parts (preferred)
  • Experience working with production documents and work orders (preferred)
