Job description

Pay Rate:  

  • 1st Shift: $19.75/hour  

  • 3rd Shift: $20.75/hour 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Operate conveyor-style production lines or work at dedicated stations to assemble and install parts with precision and care.  

  • Use hand tools or automated equipment to ensure accurate and quality assembly of products.  

  • Handle crating and packaging of materials, components, and finished goods, maintaining a focus on safety and quality.  

  • Follow verbal and written instructions diligently to uphold safety standards and ensure efficient workflows.  

  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols. 

Qualifications:  

  • No prior experience necessary — entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! 

  • Willingness to obtain a diploma or GED to transition into a permanent role with Whirlpool.  

  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and maneuver around the warehouse.  

  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently.  

  • Strong attention to detail with a dependable ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
